Commissioning and approval
1.
Prior to filming VIP will send a personalised full quote
which must be agreed prior to production.
2.
VIP will submit approval copies of the film to the
client.
3.
Client approval of the video must be given in writing, by
email, or fax. Payment is then due. VIP will only
undertake to adjust the film twice. Further changes will
be charged at an hourly rate of 25€.
Pricing
and payment
1.
The client must indicate acceptance of the quote by email
befote filming will commence.
2.
Videos will be activitated on the server for one week as
a proof copy then if payment has not been made, it will
be de-activated until payment has been received in
full.
3.
Once an edit has been approved and activated on the
server, any further requested changes or re-edits will be
charged at cost price (25€ per hour).
Copyright
1.
The film remains the copyright of the producer, and the
customer cedes all image rights of participants and
places contained in the film to the producer in
perpetuity.
2.
The producer may use the film in it’s entirety for
promotional purposes on it’s own website.
3.
The producer reserves the right to re-use any footage in
isolation, in the making of other films.
4.
The producer will not re-use any complete film in it’s
original form except for the specific client by whom the
film was commissioned and purchased, or on the producer's
own website and promotional marketing
material.
Content
1.
All video and sound material featured in the film must be
in full compliance with international copyright
law.
2.
No material of a racist, sexist, pornographic, libellous
or offensive nature will be considered for
publication.
3.
The streaming and hosting of the film will last for the
agreed quoted period from the date of activation on the
server. On expiry the video will only be re-activated on
receipt of further payment of the price in force at the
time.
